CalSavers is here: Are you ready?

ATTENTION ALL CA BUSINESS OWNERS: There is a new state-mandated retirement savings program for all California businesses with 5 or more employees, including non-profits. Businesses with 5+ employees may be penalized for not participating in this new IRA program unless they have their own qualified retirement plan in place for employees. We have noticed that many employers are unaware of this new requirement so we’re doing our best to spread the word.

It is an impactful yet simple read making Housel one of the best communicators of personal finance and the investor behavior. Probably one of the most striking points he makes is that when it comes to our finances, people should not think purely rationally about their assets as much as they should think reasonably.
