The founders of PGR Solutions brought their respective companies
together in 1983 to form the PGR Group of companies providing actuarial consulting and plan
administration services to thousands of plan sponsors and participants. The PGR Group was
one of the first firms to provide daily valuation of 401(k) plans and individual participant
investment direction. The PGR Group was awarded the first ever 401(k) Administrator - Service
Provider of the Year Award in Silicon Valley in 1997 before being sold to a national firm in 2000.

Most 401(k) plans today are being serviced by large national companies
often lacking qualified employees and professional local services. There is a rising demand
for the “good ol’ days” that feature superior local retirement plan and administration. As a result,
PGR Retirement Plan Services (RPS) has been established by the partners of PGR Solutions,
LLC along with some of the most qualified and respected former employees of the original PGR
Group. With its principals having over 140 years of combined local retirement plan service
experience our team knows how to run successful, stress-free employer-sponsored
retirement plans.
